Create Your Autoresponder in cPanel
Autoresponders will let you send a reply automatically to every email message you receive.
This feature comes in hamdy when you offer some service and you normally make the same replies. This will automate the task and save you a lot of time.
There are paid autoresponders such as Aweber (get a $1 Aweber trial here), but cPanel also allows you to create your own autoresponder for free.

After clicking on the autoresponder link, you will be redirected to a page where you will have an option to add an autoresponder by clicking the “Add Auto-responder button and see the list of autoresponders you have already setup, if any.

If you chose to setup an autoresponder you will be redirected to a page with a form as shown below. You have the option to setup an email address to use, subject of the email and the email message itself.

You have to make sure that the email you will assign to an autoresponder is already created for it to work efficiently. Remember that you have to select first the character set to use as changing it will make you lose the changes that you have just made.
You can use three tags in the message body of an autoresponder.
%subject% – This is the tag for the subject of the message.
%from% – tag for the sender of the message
%email% – tag for the sender’s email
